TIU Bikini Series Week 1

Week 1 here we go. I’ve got my meals prepped, menus planned and workouts scheduled.  Aside from my physical goals, this week I’m going to focus on

  1. Getting 100 oz of H2O a day
  2. Walk at least 2 miles/day
  3. Do 2 yoga classes
  4. No nightime snacking
