For all my Hottie mommies out there, I wanted to give you guys some great resources for home workouts.  First if you haven’t read the article about Self Image please start here.  Your beauty comes from the inside.  Period!  The outside should be looked at as a health issue.  Don’t get me wrong, I talk about what I’m working on.  I struggle…Daily.  But the only way to change is to become aware and proactive.  So instead of going into a workout focused on how this will alter you physical appearance try to rewire your brain to get excited about how your health is going to improve!

Whether your goal is 5lbs or 50lbs, sorry to say it ladies cardio must be your friend.  Aim for 45-60 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. Here are some printable workouts that you can do ANYWHERE!!

Now the key to rapid and incredible results is mixing and matching.  Keep you muscles guessing by changing up the routine.  Especially with your strength training!  Add 2-3 weight workouts to your cardio routines for major fat burn.  The following printable weight circuits require only a few hand weights to complete with intense intervals and maximizing your heart rate.

For the guess free, planned for me workouts, go with a DVD.  I lost most of my baby weight from Jillian’s Ripped in 30.  Great results and very inexpensive!
